Some people saw some interesting things in my last show. They saw "little girl elements" paired with sexuality or fetish themes. For the record, when I use lace, frills, fluff etc, I'm not thinking about fluffy easter dresses of little girls. I'm thinking of ages past, even not so long ago, when women dressed elegantly. There was glamour. When they wore dresses. Now they just wear skank-tube-tops and daisy duker shorts. I think people ought to be more concerned about that. Dresses do not equal little girls.

I believe ringmasters use whips. It was supposed to be sexy, but I didn't have her go and tie up the jester or something retarded like that. And the nurse needle as a phallic symbol? Please. Is everything tubular a phallic symbol? It's a two-foot long nurse needle - it's ridiculous. I could go on. And lace-up - so practical. That dress fit two very differently shaped women. The only reason lace-up is erotic is because it draws the fabric closer to the body. I won't deny that one.

Others didn't see the creepiness. The show was somewhat erotic, but it was overall to be whimsical, elegant - and I don't take myself too seriously. But it wasn't about little girl stuff mixed with sexuality. My nurse was disgusted at what people were seeing in the needle. It's not like she did "inappropriate" things with it on stage. Some people have severe gutter-minds, or are close-minded.

Anyway, in researching for the next show, which WILL have strong fetish aspects, I decided to search "bondage" on deviantart. You should try it: you'll laugh and cry. There are some nice ones, but... I just died a little inside.
